Heading into my first bootcamp experience I was petrified. I’ve always felt to be out of shape, without an athletic bone in my body. And I signed up for bootcamp…what was I thinking? Well, after one class with Tabitha, I was so excited to come back. I felt empowered and able to overcome years of thinking that ‘I can’t”. Tabitha modifies the workouts to all fitness levels so you never feel like that kid who was always picked last. I was able to keep up and more importantly, after a month of classes, notice that I was moving up into harder levels. I have now embarked on a lifestyle change that includes physical activity because I want to, not because I have to. Her motivating attitude has given me the drive to keep going. Heck…this ‘girl who was always picked last’ completed a 5k charity race, something I never would have done prior to my bootcamp experience. I know its not a marathon…but its a start! Thanks so much Tabz!

RCF is a firm believer is community based fitness. We want to bring people together in our communities to build relationships while getting fit.

We have been teaching / coaching fitness in Edmonton for the past 8 years, and look forward to continuing to bring people together.
