What is fitness to me? Fitness is one piece of something much more important, your overall health. The more important question then is, “What is Health?”. To be healthy is to be fit nutritionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually. Health is what makes our lives enjoyable. Health is what gives us the strength both physically and mentally to achieve the goals we want for our lives. Health is what makes us strong parents, it helps us deal with stress, it makes us hard workers. Health is happiness and joy. Health very simply put is life.
My passion and excitement for fitness is what sets me apart from your average trainer. I transfer that passion into every individual or group I work with. I will inspire and motivate you to achieve your goals, I will hold you accountable and be honest with you. Your success is my success, your failure my failure.
